How Can I Serve?
Worship Ministry: Provides creative vision and practical assistance with all aspects of Sunday worship, special gatherings and services. Organizes greeters, ushers, coffee hour, flowers, communion set-up, welcome materials and more.
Compassionate Care: Actively addresses the practical and spiritual needs of our congregation, our community and our world. Coordinates outreach to our members, homebound visitation programs, funeral luncheons, mission ministries - including Faith in Action and Jackson Interfaith Shelter.
Music Ministry: Fills our church with a joyful noise unto the Lord. Collaborates on programs with the Director of Music, including The St. Paul Singers adult choir, The St. Paul Ringers bell choir and our Chapel Choir and Chimes for children.
Teaching Ministry: Organizes and presents Christian Education opportunities for children and adults. Coordinates Sunday School, teacher recruitment, curriculum selection, Christmas pageant, Vacation Bible School, Baby Buddies and adult learning programs.
Buildings & Grounds: Actively manages the safe, clean and efficient operation of our entire church facility and takes on special projects as they arise. Assess the needs of our facilities, coordinates workers, routine maintenance, landscaping, Spring and Fall work bees and Christmas decorating.
Women's Fellowship: Plans and organizes activities involving the women of the church, including the Spring and Fall Pretzel Bake fundraisers.
